Service bij LED123 geweldig. Lampjes besteld in de verwachting die te kunnen gebruiken. Er bleek zich een technisch probleem (niet aan de lampjes) voor te doen waarbij het onduidelijk was of het artikel gebruikt kon worden. Termijn van terugzending dreigde te verlopen. Contact opgenomen met klantenservice die na uitleg termijn verlengde. Uiteindelijk bleek product niet te gebruiken. Na retournering werd alles keurig afgehandeld. Mijn complimenten.
