The sensor has a detection range up to 6 meters at temperatures below 24°C and a 360° detection angle, so every movement from any direction is noticed. The connected lighting can be turned off via an adjustable timer (10 seconds to 15 minutes) when there is no motion. You can also set at which ambient light level the detector becomes active (3 to 2000 LUX). The motion detector consumes only 0.5 Watt, operates on 220-240V (AC) at 50/60 Hz, and offers reliable operation at speeds between 0.6 and 1.5 m/s.
